Narrative: Narrative <br />Monday, March 11th, 2019 @ 2114 Hours: <br />I received a telephone communication from Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD) <br />Investigations Bureau (IB) Crimes Against Persons (CAP) Detective Sergeant J. Rodriguez <br />#2836 in regard to an Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) which occurred in the city of Santa <br />Ana, CA. During said discourse, Det. Sgt. Rodriguez requested that I respond to the <br />location of the OIS, 1800 S. Cedar Street, in order to assist with the investigation into the <br />aforementioned incident. <br />2230 Hours: <br />I arrived at the scene of the OIS and met with Sgt Rodriguez and other members of the <br />SAPD IB CAP detective personnel to include Detective Corporal M. Judson #2334, <br />Detective Corporal M. Lemmon #3174, Detective F. Gomez #2706, Detective E. Nunez <br />#2564, Detective G. Moroyoqui #2727, Detective J. Capacete #2998, Detective A. Garcia <br />#3233 and Detective Corporal P. McClaskey #3110, who would later be assigned as the <br />Case Agent. Also present at the scene were additional SAPD Field Operations Bureau <br />Patrol Division personnel to include Sergeant O.
