Narrative: Narrative <br />Related Cases: <br />Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department Forensic Number FR-19-04332 <br />Orange County District Attorney¶s Office Special Assignment Number SA-19-004 <br />Monday, March 11, 2019, 0900 hours: <br />On the above date and time, I received a call from Sergeant J. Rodriguez #2836 of the Santa Ana Police Department <br />Homicide Unit, he stated an Officer Involved Shooting had just occurred at 1800 S. Evergreen in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange. Sergeant J. Rodriguez told me to respond to the scene an assist with the investigation. <br />2220 hours: <br />I arrived at the scene and met with Homicide Detectives along with the Orange County District Attorney Investigators. <br />2245 hours: <br />I checked into the crime scene with Officer J. Peralta #3602 who was the scribe at the scene. <br />2325 hours: <br />Sergeant O.
