On August 1, 2010, a public notice was published in the Orange County <br />Register, La Opinion, and Nguoi Viet News indicating that the draft report would be available for <br />review beginning August 2, 2010. The draft CAPER was also available for public review on the <br />City's website. All comments received will be included in the final document submitted to HUD, <br />which is due no later than September 30, 2010. <br />19D-2
