As resources permit, FHCOC will examine <br />regional HMDA data to look for statistically significant indicators of discriminatory lending <br />practices. FHCOC continues to investigate lending - related complaints of apparent instances <br />of differential treatment on a protected class basis and, where possible, informs local <br />jurisdictions of these occurrences.
