E. Completion Time: <br />1. Reasonable Design Completion Time shall be determined and scheduled between The Client <br />and The Consultant, prior to commence of work. <br />F. Required Information: <br />1. The Consultant will require the following from the Client prior to commencement of work: <br />a) A complete AutoCAD 2007 version base plan including all the layers, <br />and layer names along with a basic planting planting plan. <br />b) A complete hard copy of all The Client existing irrigation "As-Builts" <br />c) Scanned copies of The Client hard copy existing irrigation "As-Builts" <br />into pdf and tiff files. <br />d) Supply digital formatted titleblock 24"x36" into AutoCAD 2007 version. <br />d) Controller keys to all the existing controller assemblies. <br />f) City Supervisor to walk the existing irrigation systems during the DD phase. <br />10 <br />
