revisions requested by the client as a result of alterations to base information or planting plan <br />changes after the original submittal of these plans to The Consultant for use in the preparation of <br />the irrigation system design are considered additional services. Additional Services will be <br />completed on a time and materials basis using the following fee schedule: <br />Standard Hourly Rates: <br />Principal $125.00 per hour <br />Clerical $60.00 per hour <br />D. Exclusions: <br />1. Electrical service requirements to the irrigation control units or any required pumping facilities <br />will be coordinated with the electrical engineer. However, actual drawings and specifications for <br />these items will be provided by the electrical engineer and are not included in the fees stated <br />above. <br />2. The Consultant is not responsible for the maintenance of said irrigation design. The Consultant <br />is not responsible for the installing contractor's mean and methods of installation of said <br />irrigation design. <br />3. The Client will be responsible for all submittals to the County and/or City, water district(s), <br />and any other governing agency that needs to review and approve the irrigation improvements <br />for construction. <br />4. The Consultant makes no representation concerning soil conditions unless specifically <br />included in writing in this agreement, and is not responsible for any liability that may arise out of <br />the making or failure to make soil surveys, or sub -surface soil tests, or general soil testing. <br />5. The Consultant will not be responsible for the preparation, and/or providing irrigation <br />controller timing schedules under this proposal. But will provide a separate proposal for <br />those services when requested by The Client. <br />6. The Consultant is not providing irrigation colored controller charts under this proposal, but <br />will provide a separate proposal for those services when requested by The Client. <br />7. The Consultant is not irrigation master planning of wet and dry utilities under this proposal, <br />but will provide a separate proposal for those services when requested by The Client. <br />8. The Consultant shall not be boring or digging up the any portion of the mainline or rev wires <br />to determine the existing location and size of the irrigation mainline size and rev wire locations. <br />9. The Consultant shall not responsible to have a Landscape Architect review, stamp and/or sign <br />the plan sheet, bid documents, and cost estimates, etc. <br />10. The Consultant is not responsible for the creation of any and all base and plan sheet <br />information into AutoCAD_ <br />11. The Consultant is not responsible for the any low bidder bid exceeding the cost estimate <br />prepare by The Consultant and/or The Client. <br />12. The Consultant is not responsible for the creation of any project status reports. <br />13. The Consultant is not responsible for the means and/or methods the Engineer uses to gather <br />the data collected, and compiling this data into a base map or site plan. <br />14. The Consultant is not responsible for design, or observation of site drainage. <br />15. The Consultant is not responsible for providing "As-Builts" for these projects. <br />16. The Consultant shall not responsible to review, recommend, or direct pump changes, all <br />of these items shall be completed by The Client, as requested by he Consultant. <br />
