C -9 -0258 <br />access the restrooms in the SATT but shall restrict public access to all other parts of the SATT (SATT <br />Improvements). Nothing in this Agreement is intended to grant the public or the PARTIES any right to <br />use any other portion of the SATT. <br />ARTICLE 6. IMPROVEMENTS TO SATT <br />A. AUTHORITY shall design and construct SATT Improvements. <br />B. CITY shall reimburse AUTHORITY for fifty percent (50 %) of the total cost of the design and <br />construction of the SATT Improvements and the COUNTY shall reimburse the AUTHORITY for the <br />remaining fifty percent (50 %) of the cost of the design and construction of the SATT Improvements. <br />The financial obligation amount of the CITY and the COUNTY shall not exceed ($15,000) each. If <br />AUTHORITY receives a bid for the construction that exceeds the maximum financial obligation of the <br />CITY and COUNTY, AUTHORITY shall notify the CITY and COUNTY. If the CITY and COUNTY agree <br />to increase their maximum financial obligations under this section, they shall amend this Agreement to <br />reflect that increase. If the CITY or the COUNTY choose not to increase their maximum financial <br />obligations under this section, this Agreement shall terminate and CITY shall reimburse AUTHORITY <br />for fifty percent (50 %) of the costs of design and bidding incurred by AUTHORITY and COUNTY shall <br />reimburse the AUTHORITY for the remaining fifty percent (50 %) of the costs of design and bidding <br />incurred by AUTHORITY. AUTHORITY shall invoice CITY and COUNTY separately for their respective <br />share of the design and bidding costs. Once construction of the SATT Improvements is complete, <br />AUTHORITY shall invoice CITY and the COUNTY separately for their respective share of the cost of <br />SATT improvements. The invoice shall contain documentation of the actual costs to the CITY and the <br />COUNTY. <br />C. Once an invoice with documentation is received, the CITY and COUNTY shall issue <br />payment to the AUTHORITY within 30 calendar days. <br />ARTICLE 7. CUSTODIAL SERVICES <br />A. AUTHORITY shall provide or cause to be provided custodial services for the restrooms at <br />the SATT. The restrooms shall be cleaned three times per day.
