Approve Amendment to Agreement C -9 -0258 and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement <br />2. Authorize CEO to make minor amendments to the agreement provided that such changes do not <br />increase the County's annual financial obligation by more than 10% of the County's current annual <br />financial obligation. <br />SUMMARY: <br />The cooperative agreement between the County, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) <br />and the City of Santa Ana enables public access to the restrooms in the former Santa Ana Transit <br />Terminal (SATT). OCTA has requested a revised cost for custodial services. <br />BACKGROUND INFORMATION: <br />The Santa Ana Transit Terminal at 400 W. Santa Ana Blvd was closed in December 2008. The County, <br />City of Santa Ana, and OCTA each approved a cooperative agreement that enables public access to the <br />Page 1 <br />
