responsible for the operational management of previous WIA programs will continue to assist Mr. <br />Quezada in that area. The primary contact for the CBOC adult mentoring activities will continue to be <br />Jon Anderson, Operations Specialist for the Career Beginnings of Orange County Board of Directors <br />and now a retired ROP instructor. <br />The normal working hours for these staff members assigned to work with the Success Bound! program <br />will range from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. However, they will be available for evening meetings, weekends <br />and other times necessary to effectively serve the Success Bound! participants. All will be located at <br />the ROP Ritchey Center, but to effectively serve the participants, they will be out of the office on a <br />daily basis in order to conduct the bi-monthly meetings at the local high schools, make job-site <br />visitations, develop new training sites and/or internships, etc. The table below, Attachment C and the X <br />Budget Narrative summarize the personnel planned to service and operate the Success Bound! <br />program. p <br />O <br />SuccEss BOUND! Ritchey Ctr. <br />FISCAL CAPACITY <br />The Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) is the responsible fiscal agency for this project. All -?, <br />funds granted from the Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board/Youth Council will flow directly to <br />the school district. The District must follow the stringent accounting requirements of the California II <br />State Department of Education for local public schools. The cost estimates used in the preparation of <br />these budgets are based on the District's experience with similar programs over the past decade. All <br />fiscal/financial records in the District are maintained on an Oracle software program housed in the ; <br />District's computer center. All documentation will be based on monthly District printouts, as these are <br />the official public school document used to capture and report fiscal data.
