Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2010-01. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-15 as <br />conditioned. <br />Principal Planner Vince Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Commissioner Betancourt inquired about specific tree identifications. Nabile Anz, <br />representing the applicant, indicated specific trees and shading will be further <br />developed. <br />No written communications were received. The public hearing was opened. <br />Nabile Anz, representing the applicant, spoke with regards to the landscape and <br />urged the commission's approval. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />MOTION: <br />Recommend that the City Council: <br />1. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2010-01. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-15 as <br />conditioned. <br />3.
