Permit Parking District Fee: <br />Single Family Home -each permit $45* <br />every 2 years <br />Maximum 3 permits <br />Multifamily Home (up to 4-plex) -each permit $45* <br />every 2 years <br />Maximum 1 permit <br />*Note: A one-time, reduced permit fee of $22.50/permit shall be available only for <br />newly petitioned streets which are within one year or less of their permit <br />parking districts' biannual renewal cycle expiration date. <br />Section 4: The City Council hereby amends the Adult Soccer <br />Reservation Surcharge from $14.00 per game to $14.00 per day. Collection of <br />said fee, as amended herein, shall be suspended for Fiscal Year 2010-2011. <br />Section 5: To the extent that any fee or service charge established <br />pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 2010-023 is inconsistent with the fees <br />established pursuant to this Resolution, then said Resolution No. 2010-023 is <br />hereby repealed. <br />Section 6: If any surcharge or fee, section, subsection, sentence, <br />clause, phrase or word of this Resolution is for any reason held to be invalid by a <br />court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this Resolution. The City Council hereby declares that it <br />would have passed and adopted this Resolution, and each and all provisions <br />hereof, irrespective of the fact that one or more provisions may be declared <br />invalid. <br />Section 7: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its <br />adoption by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and <br />certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2010. <br />Resolution No. 2010-043 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
