Adopt a resolution approving Variance No <br />the minimum lot size as conditioned. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No <br />parking as conditioned. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No <br />In front yard setback as conditioned. <br />2007-07 to allow a reduction in <br />2007-08 to allow a reduction in <br />2007-11 to allow a reduction <br />Assistant Planner Matt Foulkes presented the revised staff report and <br />recommendation. <br />No written communication was received. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Jamison Luther spoke in support of the project. <br />Commission voiced concern with the front porch that should be lined up with <br />relation to the roof line and encouraged additional architectural improvements by <br />the applicant (neglected backside; front elevations, sides look bare; roof pitch; <br />and gables). Commission recommended that the windows facing the freeway be <br />installed to meet city standards and abate noise within the house. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />1 <br />MOTION: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2007-07 to allow a <br />reduction in the minimum lot size as conditioned. <br />2.
