These code conditions will require <br />that the existing project's lighting be upgraded to current code standards. <br />Lighting standards cannot be located in required landscape planters." <br />Armando Frees and Robert Rounds represented the applicant and spoke in <br />support of the project. <br />Commission commented on letter from Artesia Pilar Neighborhood Association <br />regarding continued discussions with neighborhood and avoiding further <br />commercial encroachment into the neighborhood. <br />Planning Commission Minutes 3 February 13, 2006 <br />
