Ms. Haluza clarified that, though there is no <br />code requirement for an additional door to the existing bathroom, the plan would be <br />improved by reconfiguring the floor plan to provide such access. Applicant Marco <br />Ahumada stated he would modify the wall/door configuration to provide access to an <br />existing bathroom from the new addition.
