The upper and lower railings, balustrade/spindles, and upper arched <br />band will be repaired or replaced to mirror the original wood porch <br />design prior to it being partially enclosed. <br />4. Repairs to the decorative skirting will entail milled cedar wood panels <br />to match the original circle pattern. <br />F. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is a General Rule Exemption per section 15061(b)(3) as the project <br />does not have potential for causing significant effects on the environment. <br />Environmental Review No. 2007-205 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby approves Neighborhood Project <br />Review No. 2007-18.
