• 1. The replacement of the original wood windows with <br />horizontal sliders is not consistent with the character defining <br />features of a California Bungalow style home according to <br />the Heninger Park Design Guidelines. <br />2. The Heninger Park Design Guidelines identify the most <br />common window type for this style of home as large, <br />prominent double-hung or casement wood windows, often in <br />three parts. <br />G. This project was reviewed in accordance with the Guidelines for the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. The recommendation is <br />exempt from further review pursuant to Section 15270. This <br />exemption applies to projects which a public agency disapproves. <br />Statutory Exemption Environmental Review No. 2007-72 will be <br />filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby approves Neighborhood <br />Project Review No. 2007-06.
