• Review No. 2005-07 is consistent with the Heninger Park <br />Architectural Design Guidelines and complies with the Heninger <br />Park zoning provisions. <br />H. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review pursuant to <br />Section 15303 Class 3(a), which allows new single family <br />construction. A Notice of Exemption will be filed for this project. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby approves Neighborhood <br />Project Review No. 2005-07.
