The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby accepts and authorizes <br /> and directs the City Manager and the Chief of Police, or their designees, to accept and <br /> authorize the additional sub-grant award from the State of California Emergency <br /> Management Agency in the amount of $25,000.00. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes and directs <br /> the City Manager and/or the Chief of Police to execute and submit all documents and <br /> take any necessary action, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, a public entity <br /> established under the laws of the State of California, for the purpose of obtaining state <br /> financial assistance provided by the California Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
