5. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or any <br />specific plan of the City? <br />Goal 2.0 of the Land Use Element of the City's General Plan <br />provides that the City shall "promote land uses which <br />enhance the City's economic and fiscal viability." Approval <br />of this application would adversely affect the City's ability to <br />achieve this Goal, as well as Land Use Element Policy <br />Numbers 2.2, 2.5 and 2.8. <br />F. In accordance with Public Resources Code section 21080(a)(5), the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review under the California <br />Environmental Quality Act because this project is disapproved. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission after conducting the public hearing hereby <br />denies Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-26.
