Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan of <br />the City or any specific plan applicable to the area of the <br />proposed use? <br />Expanding the boundaries of the existing school will <br />have no affect on the City's General Plan. Schools are <br />permitted within the Low Density Residential (LR) <br />General Plan designation and are allowed with a <br />conditional use permit in the Single-Family Residential <br />(R-1) zoning district. There are no Specific Plans that <br />have an affect on this project or properties in the <br />immediate area. <br />D. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program, <br />Environmental Review No. 2003-94 is approved and adopted . <br />Section 2.
