• 28. All construction equipment shall be properly maintained and tuned to minimize noise <br />emissions. <br />29. All equipment shall befitted with properly operating mufflers and air intake silencers <br />no less efficient than those originally installed. <br />30. Stockpiling and vehicle staging areas shall be located away from existing residential <br />uses. <br />31. The name and telephone number of a contact person shall be posted on-site. <br />32. Construction shall be subject to any and all provisions set forth by the City of Santa <br />Ana Planning Department. <br />33. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the project developer shall submit evidence <br />to the City of Santa Ana of a fee payment between the developer and the Garden <br />Grove School District to offset school facility impacts. <br />34. Prior to issuance of building permits, the project shall pay Area F Transportation <br />System Improvement fee. <br />35. The site plan for the proposed project shall reflect the construction of a six-inch public <br />• water main and appurtenances at 10-feet north of the centerline of Lincoln Way. The <br />project applicant shall coordinate with the City of Santa Ana Water Department <br />regarding the final depths, and locations and of the proposed water distribution <br />facility. <br />36. The site plan for the proposed project shall reflect the construction of a six-inch public <br />water main and appurtenances at 10-feet north of the centerline of Eleventh Street <br />and to extend approximately 200-feet to the east of the centerline on Jackson Street. <br />The project applicant shall coordinate with the City of Santa Ana Water Department <br />regarding the final depth, and locations and of the proposed water distribution facility. <br />37. Water conservation measures recommended by the State Department of Water <br />Resources and applicable state laws requiring the use of water-efficient plumbing <br />fixtures and recommendations for low-water using landscape shall be incorporated <br />into the project design as appropriate. <br />38. The site plan for the proposed project shall reflect the construction of an eight-inch <br />private sewer main and manhole at five feet to the south of the centerline on <br />Eleventh Street and to extend approximately 200 feet to the east of centerline on <br />Jackson Street. The project applicant shall coordinate with the City of Santa Ana <br />Water Department regarding the final depth, and locations of the proposed sewer <br />distribution facility. <br />• 39. The proposed project shall verify if the existing sewer line along the length of the <br />project site is active or abandoned. <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />
