• <br />Demand calculations per gallon per minute for size determination are <br />required for both domestic and irrigation water meters. <br />7. Prior to turning on water meters (domestic and irrigation) and/or fire <br />services, arrange for installation, testing and certification of all needed <br />backflow protection devices, whether such devices are shown on the <br />project plans or not. Approved backflow devices will be installed on-site <br />by the developer in conformance with code regulations and City <br />requirements. <br />B. Police Department <br />1. The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the premises free of <br />graffiti. All graffiti shall be removed within 24 hours of occurrence. <br />2. Window displays must be kept to a minimum for maximum visibility and <br />shall not exceed 25 percent of window coverage. <br />3. Window displays and racks must be kept to a maximum height of three <br />feet including merchandise. <br />~~ <br />~J <br />4. Interior displays and racks must be kept to a maximum of five feet <br />including merchandise. <br />5. There shall be no coin-operated games maintained on the premises at any <br />time. <br />6. No exterior pay telephones will be allowed. <br />7. The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining the premises free of <br />litter. <br />8.
