The subdivision has been designed to comply with the <br />adopted street plan for Dyer Road and will not conflict with <br />easements necessary for public access, since public access <br />is provided from Dyer Road. Reciprocal access agreements <br />will be recorded to ensure perpetual access internally <br />between the two integrated parcels. <br />Section 2. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. 02-272 has been prepared for this project. <br />Section 3.
