National Data & Surveying Services 96 $ 21,700.00 <br /> 2. Pacific Traffic Data Services 92 $ 14,338.75 <br /> <br /> 3. Quality Traffic Data 90 $ 20,885.50 <br /> 4. Metro 89 $ 31,375.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> It is recommended that Pacific Traffic Data Services be retained for an amount not to exceed <br /> $30,000 for annual traffic data collection services. The consultant will be paid only for the <br /> services performed as required and in accordance with the rates submitted in the proposal. The <br /> contract will include an option to extend the agreements for one additional year. <br /> <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br /> There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br /> <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br /> The total cost of the agreement is not to exceed $30,000 per year.
