Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2005-01. <br />3. Adopt an ordinance approving Development Agreement No. 2005-02. <br />4. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-10 as <br /> conditioned for the Lake Towers residential project. <br />5. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-11 as <br /> conditioned for the Cinema Tower and Loft residential projects. <br />6.
