Senior <br />Planner Fregoso reviewed the preliminary landscape. Commissioner Cribb <br />requested additional detail plan to address lighting, landscaping, and furniture <br />for pedestrian. Commissioner Lutz referred to Conditional Use Permit <br />Condition No. 8 that would address the additional details. <br />a. Modified Condition No. 16 that a floor plan of the project shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Manager for approval.
