Speakers in opposition to the project's tower heights included Richard Merritt and <br />Theresa Delvac. <br />Mark Pfeifer, General Manager at Doubletree Club Hotel, commented that project would <br />impact hotel's parking supply. Mr. Pfeifer noted shortage of shared parking spaces in <br />current staff report. Corey Alder clarified that project was adequately parked and would <br />not impact the hotel. <br />Public hearing was closed. <br />MOTIONS: <br />Recommend that the City Council: <br />1. The plans shall include <br />information on items such as pick-up, delivery, and types of <br />bins required. <br />c.
