RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-19 as <br />conditioned. <br />Assistant Planner, Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding the prospective restaurant operator <br />and restaurant signage. Staff indicated that appropriate signage could be <br />accommodated when the restaurant is identified.
