Noted that the development agreement required <br />perimeter landscaping. <br />• Requested graffiti cleanup on South Main/Columbine, with regards to red <br />curb, no parking signage and streetlights. <br />• Requested investigation at northbound SR5 at Grand Street off-ramp, <br />right-hand side being used as temporary, overflow parking on gravel lot for <br />the apartments. <br />8.
