Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2004-04 (County Map No. <br />16636) as conditioned. <br />Ann Ni, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing. <br />Written communications from Maria Sandoval and Dave Lopez were distributed to the <br />Commissioners. <br />Public in support of the project: Pat McGuigan (provided photos of fence posts to be <br />used on project -galvanized post set in concrete), Gary Schiveley and Leon Saunders. <br />Public opposing the project: Maria Sandoval expressed concern regarding the proposed <br />wood fence (on easterly wall) and would like Brandywine to use block walls throughout <br />the project. <br />Chairman Mondo closed the public hearing. <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding the wood/block wall, the landscaping and <br />conditions of approval to tract map. Mark Whitehead, applicant, addressed the issues <br />raised regarding the landscaping and agreed to increase the size of the trees on private <br />property to 24-inch box trees. <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council: <br />1.
