Jay Trevino, Planning <br />Manager, reviewed process. <br />• Inquired about the potted trees at the California Apartments. Staff noted that they <br />were on private property. <br />C <br />Chairman Mondo <br />• Commented about locks on portable restrooms at Lillie King Park placed by <br />sports leagues, and requested clarification of city policy regarding locking up <br />facilities or equipment at public parks. <br />• Requested Code Enforcement follow-up on Home Depot outdoor storage at <br />MacArthur and Harbor. Noted that there are sheds, people selling and large <br />outdoor displays; wants rules enforced. <br />• Requested that the Commission's Ad Hoc Committee review whether block walls <br />should be required for new single-family homes, such as those proposed by <br />Brandywine. <br />8.
