AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S REDEVELOPMENT AREA PLANS <br />(Verny Carvajal/John Reekstin) <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana's Community Redevelopment Agency to amend <br />the city's redevelopment project area plans. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that the City Council: <br />1. Approve and adopt the Negative Declaration, Environmental Review No. <br />2004-34. <br />2. Adopt a resolution finding that the proposed redevelopment plan merger <br />amendments conform to the Santa Ana General Plan. <br />3. Approve the Redevelopment Plan Amendment. <br />4. Find that the Redevelopment Plan Amendment is in conformity with the City's <br />General Plan. <br />John Reekstin, Executive Director Community Development Agency, presented <br />an overview of the amendment and recommendation. <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that the City Council: <br />1.
