Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2004-01 (County Map No. 16558) <br />as conditioned. <br />Bob St. Paul, Associate Planner presented the staff report and answered Commission <br />questions. <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding exterior window treatments, allowable retail uses, <br />traffic signals, trash facilities, visitor parking, noise mitigation and building materials <br />considered for the project. <br />David Di Rienzo, Urban West developer, stated that he supports staff's recommendations <br />as well as the supplemental conditions of approval. He also submitted a signature list of <br />supporters along with his presentation. John Parker, Greystone Homes developer, stated <br />his support of the project.
