Staff Comments <br />Vince Fregoso <br />Advised that the remodel at the parsonage house near Mater Dei at Bristol and <br />Bishop was to add a family room and a foyer to the single-family home. <br />8. Planning Commission Comments <br />Commissioner Mondo <br />• Noted that an adequate landscape buffer needs to be installed at the <br />Starbucks at Bristol and Memory Lane to prevent pedestrians from cutting <br />through the adjacent parking area. <br />Commissioner De La Torre <br />• Advised that he would not be attending the August 11, 2003 meeting. <br />• Concurred with Commissioner Mondo regarding the landscape buffer for <br />the Starbucks at Bristol and Memory Lane. <br />Vice Chairman Cribb <br />• Concurred with Commissioners Mondo and De La Torre regarding the <br />landscape buffer for the Starbucks at Bristol and Memory Lane. <br />• Noted that the Starbucks located at 2 Hutton Center does not have <br />adequate trash pick-up on the weekends and requested that staff <br />investigate. <br />• Noted that the discount store at 15t" and Main Street has merchandise <br />stacked up outside and requested that staff investigate. <br />9. Excuse of Absences <br />Motion by Commissioner Mondo and seconded by Commissioner Sinclair to <br />excuse the absence of Commissioner Lutz and Chairman Nalle and approved <br />unanimously by a vote of 5:0. <br />~, <br />10.
