Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2003-10 as <br />conditioned. <br />Vince Fregoso, Senior Planner, provided the staff report and recommendation. <br />Discussion was held regarding visual mitigation measures to address headlight glare <br />from vehicles in the drive-through lane. Commissioner Sinclair requested the addition <br />of a condition requiring the use of mature shrubs and review of the landscaping to <br />ensure compliance. Mr. Fregoso advised that the final landscape plan will be reviewed. <br />Chairman Nalle opened the public hearing. <br />Demetirus Harakas, applicant, advised that the pay phones will be removed and that the <br />newsracks will be placed closer to the building.
