Comments from the Staff <br />Joseph Edwards <br />• Advised that he had met with the owner of the Big Saver site and they will be remodeling <br />the facade and redoing the sign. <br />• Noted that the request concerning the horse property has been forwarded to the Historic <br />Resources Commission for review, <br />• Announced that the City had started negotiations with the new owners of Main Place and <br />that they have agreed to re~riew the landscaping.
