Comments from the Planning Commission <br />Commissioner Mondo <br />• Noted that the chain link fence at the Universal Church on South Bristol Street has not <br />been removed and requests staff to investigate. Mr. Edwards advised that staff have been <br />working to have it removed. <br />Commissioner Leo <br />• Requested that the school district be involved in relocation of long term motel residents <br />to ensure student placement. <br />• Thanked Mr. Kaufman for forwarding the opinion regarding Cottonwood vs. the city of <br />Cypress. <br />• Requested an update on the Montgomery Ward site. Mr. Edwards advised that several <br />inquiries have been made but nothing has been finalized. <br />4.
