Kim Sinclair, ETAC representative, noted having the residents generate the process <br />ensures their commitment to the process. She also noted it is a very labor-intensive <br />process and that a perceived problem does not always mean there is a real problem. <br />She did not believe acity-side survey would accomplish the desired results. <br />Chairman Nalle asked Mr. Ross if Public Works staff could send a letter to the <br />neighborhood association presidents to survey if they had atraffic-related issue.
