Howard DeCruyenaere, Santiago Creek Greenway Alliance, spoke in support of <br />a 50-foot easement. <br />Glen Stroud, Riverview West, expressed concern regarding the number of buses <br />using the Santiago Park parking lot and requested cost mitigation for the impact <br />on the park. <br />Discussion held regarding previous action, current request, and the issue of bus <br />parking. Ben Kaufman advised that Discovery Science Center is entitled to a <br />Phase 2 but are seeking to make changes, and that the purpose of the <br />environmental addendum was to analyze only those changes. <br />Chairman Nalle closed the public hearing. <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council: <br />1.
