Howard DeCruyenaere, Santiago Creek Greenway Alliance, spoke in support of <br />a 50-foot easement. <br />Glen Stroud, Riverview West, expressed concern regarding the number of buses <br />using the Santiago Park parking lot and requested cost mitigation for the impact <br />on the park. <br />Discussion held regarding previous action, current request, and the issue of bus <br />parking. Ben Kaufman advised that Discovery Science Center is entitled to a <br />Phase 2 but are seeking to make changes, and that the purpose of the <br />environmental addendum was to analyze only those changes. <br />Chairman Nalle closed the public hearing. <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council: <br />1. Approve and adopt the addendum to Environmental Impact Report <br />96-01 <br />2. Adopt an ordinance amending Development Agreement No. 97-01. <br />3. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. <br />2001-14. <br />4.
