Comments from the Staff <br />Cynthia Nelson advised that the draft EIR for the proposed One Broadway Plaza project <br />will be ready in approximately two weeks. <br />Jeffry Rice advised that the Memphis Restaurant is scheduled to open on April 4 and the <br />live/work groundbreaking will be held on March 30. <br />5. Comments from the Planning__Commission <br />Commissioner Leo <br />• Requested organization of an advisory committee to address the impacts of the <br />motel ordinance.
