California 92701 <br />Dear Robert_ <br />Attached you will lend our bid proposal for providing unarmed security at the City of Santa <br />Ana's lvlain Library located at 26 Civic Center Plaza, and the Nevvhope Library Learning Center <br />at 1 22 North Newhupe Street_ As discussed in our previous meeting with your staff, North <br />American Security, Inc- is excited about the prospects of handling your security needs at your <br />two libraries. Both of these locations have unique clientele that can pose serious risks to <br />everyday citizens and children that visit your library. Both Art Lopez and I put our guards <br />through a unique training program that wilt help mitigate issues -with the homeless and vagrants <br />who frequent your library system.
