HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />MAYOR PULIDO <br />Roger Aragon, Police Chaplain <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION by Senator Lou Correa and Assemblyman Jose Solorio on <br />the $4.4 Million Prop 84 Grant for the Willard Intermediate Park Development Project <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT See Item 19A for report. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />• Philip Law, representing the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) <br />informed the public of community meetings held throughout Orange County for the <br />Pacific Electric Right-of-Way/West Santa Ana Branch Corridor Study. The public is <br />invited to attend and engage in discussions about proposed transportation strategies <br />being considered to re-connect Orange and Los Angeles Counties by using the Pacific <br />Electric Railroad Right-of-Way.
