• B. The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below <br />rip or to exercising the rights conferred by this minor exception. The <br />applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the minor exception. <br />1. Planning Division <br />i. The project shall remain in compliance with the site plan as <br />shown on Exhibit 3. Any revision to the approved plan shall <br />be reviewed by the Planning Division to determine if <br />administrative relief is available. <br />ii. In order to maximize on-site circulation, submit a revised <br />plan for the existing medical office parking showing a clear <br />connection with the proposed parking lot. <br />iii. Permits for the project shall not be issued until all approvals <br />have been received by the appropriate city agencies. <br />iv. Submit three sets of working drawings for review and <br />approval to the Landscape Development Associate prior to <br />permit issuance. <br />2. Public Works Agency <br />i. Submit a surface drainage/grading/erosion control plan. The <br />• plan is to include existing and proposed elevations at and <br />adjacent to all property lines. <br />ii. Submit a street improvement plan for all improvements in the <br />public right-of-way. The improvements may be shown on <br />the surface drainage plan if it is correctly prepared. <br />Section 3.
