ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS v © A. Licensee manages the downtown Santa Ana parking garages and surface lots v pursuant to Operating Agreement A- 2007 -253, dated December 31, 2007, B. Licensee desires to implement a valet parking program to service the downtown shops and restaurants on weekend nights. C. Licensor has determined that providing valet services may benefit downtown business owners and has agreed to allow the utilization of designated public streets and sidewalk to operate such a program on a trial basis. 2. GRANT OF LICENSE a. Licensor grants to Licensee, a personal, non - exclusive, revocable license ( "License ") to utilize the following areas to provide valet parking services, as set forth in PCI Proposal dated November 21, 2010, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated by reference. i, parking spaces on the east side of Broadway between 2nd and 3`d Streets; ii. parking spaces on the west side of Sycamore, between 2nd and Std Street: iii. a portion of the sidewalk adjacent to 207 N. Broadway, to locate a temporary Valet stand. Said stand shall be located and operated in such a manner that the sidewalk remains ADA compliant and the stand will not interfere with pedestrian traffic along Broadway: iv. a portion of the sidewalk adjacent to 200 W. 2nd Street, to locate a temporary Valet stand. Said stand shall be located and operated in such a manner that the sidewalk remains ADA compliant6 and the stand will not interfere with pedestrian traffic along N. Sycamore Street; V. additional valet stations may be added or deleted with the written approval of the Deputy City Manager for Development Services (hereinafter "Executive Director "). vi. Valet Operation Plan must be reviewed and approved by the Community Development Agency, Public Works Agency and Police Department. Any changes to the plan will require preapproval. vii. City staff will provide signage and posting of temporary No Parking signs from 4pm to 2am for metered stalls on the east side of Broadway Street and the west side of Sycamore Street based on Exhibit B. The above - described areas shall hereinafter be referred to as "License Area ".
