Citywide Engineering & Traffic Survey Project Schedule /insurance /Non - Discrimination
PROJECT SCHEDULE
The project schedule, as shown in Figure 2, has been prepared considering all the
requirements for the study detailed in the RFP in estimating the time required to complete
the project. AGA has adequate staff resources to provide a Draft Report to the City of
Santa Ana within twelve weeks from the date of notification to proceed, and a Final
Report to the City within two weeks of receipt of comments on the Draft Report. Given
the recently adopted changes in the California Vehicle Code relative to raising or
lowering speed limits, and the potential for controversy relative to speed limit
modifications resulting in the need for multiple presentations at the Commission/Council
level, our expedited Project Schedule will allow adequate time for these presentations and
ensure that the required five year maximum between speed surveys will not lapse. The
principal contact for this project for AGA will be Mark H. Miller, P.E., Project Manager.
Mr. Miller will coordinate with the City prior to data collection to ensure that no planned
construction work or other events will potentially impact the scheduled data collection.
INSURANCE
Appendix F contains AGA's current Certificate of Insurance, including coverage for
General Liability, Automobile Liability, Excess Liability, Worker's Compensation and
Professional Liability. Limits are as shown, and all limits are at least $1 million.
NON- DISCRIMINATION
The required "Certificate of Non - Discrimination by Consultant" is included in Appendix G.
ProposWManta Ana \Speed Survey 2010 \2010 Speed Survey Pro.doc
Albert Grover & Associates 10
