Q <br />D- <br />a <br />INSURANCE NO--'?EQUIRE[ <br />,A10FK MAY :IRC'CEED <br />r,!_ERK 01INC11- <br />DATF 12 - 2 Z-? <br />YZ-,C- <br />c. <br />q) <br />U <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />A-2010-116-01 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into on December 6, 2010 <br />by and between GTSI Corp., a Virginia corporation (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under <br />the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2010-116, dated July 5, 2010, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided administrative planning support, <br />professional staff planning support, and technical planning support. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend the Scope of Services to provide additional administrative planning support, <br />professional staff planning support, and technical planning support. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by amending Exhibit A, as set forth <br />in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />Maria D.
