An Initial Study and Negative Declaration was prepared pursuant to the California Environment Quality Act. The project site is located in an urbanized area, there are no known fish or wildlife populations exist on the project site. Therefore, the proposed subdivision will not cause any substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish and wildlife or their habitat. E. The design or improvements of the proposed project will not cause serious public health problems. The proposed subdivision is not anticipated to have any detrimental effects upon the general public. Each property included sewer, water and necessary infrastructure improvements as conditioned in Development Project Review No. 00-58. F. The design or improvements of the proposed project will not conflict with easements necessary for public access through or use of the property within the proposed project. Tech Center Drive is a private street that was constructed according to City specification under the previously approved Parcel Map No. 97-156. 2. Tentative Parcel Map No. 2000-214 is hereby approved and recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to conditions, as set forth in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
