RESOLUTION NO.00-52 <br />• NOVEMBER 27, 2000 <br />PAGE 1 OF 8 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 00-26 is approved subject to compliance, to <br />the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other <br />applicable regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following <br />conditions of approval. <br />The applicant must comply with each and every <br />prior to exercising the rights conferred by this <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all <br />throughout the life of the development project. <br />each and every condition may result in the revc <br />review approval. <br />A. Planning Division <br />condition listed below <br />conditional use permit. <br />conditions listed below <br />Failure to comply with <br />cation of the site plan <br />• 1. All proposed site improvements must conform with the Site Plan <br />Review approval of DP No. 00-52. <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be <br />submitted to the Planning Division and Police Department for <br />review. At that -time, staff will determine if administrative <br />relief is available or the conditional use permit must be <br />amended. <br />3. The lower and first floor levels of the hotel must <br />incorporate stone or a similar stone like material as the <br />exterior finish. This material must be submitted to and be <br />approved by the Planning Division. <br />4. A floor plan showing compliance with the City's guidelines for <br />restaurants selling alcoholic beverages must be submitted for <br />review. <br />5. The storage area for alcoholic beverages cannot exceed five <br />percent of the gross floor area of the restaurant and lounge. <br />6. A Parking Management Plan documenting how the tandem parking <br />• stalls will function must be submitted prior to building plan <br />check. <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
