• 2. Will the proposed use under the circumstances of the particular <br />case be detrimental to the health, safety, or general welfare of <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity? <br />The proposed office use will not be detrimental to the welfare <br />of persons in the vicinity, as the office use is a low impact <br />use that will be conducted inside of a building. Additionally, <br />impacts such as noise will be contained within the building. <br />3. Will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic <br />stability or future economic development of properties surrounding <br />the area? <br />The proposed office expansion will not adversely affect the <br />economic stability of the surrounding properties but will <br />maintain and identify this area as an economically viable <br />area of the City. <br />4. Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in Chapter 41 for such use? <br />• <br />The office expansion project has been designed to be in <br />compliance with the regulations and conditions identified in <br />Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />5. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or any <br />specific plan of the City? <br />The proposed office project will not adversely affect the <br />General Plan as office uses are allowed as an ancillary use <br />within the Industrial (IND) General Plan designation. In <br />addition, this project is not located within any area of the City <br />governed by a specific plan. <br />Section 2.
