The grading plan for the site shall be approved by the <br />Public Works Agency and the case planner prior to approval <br />of the landscape plan. An approved copy of the grading plan <br />must be submitted with the landscape plan. <br />3. After project occupancy, landscaping is to be maintained to <br />include the minimum level of plant materials installed at <br />the time of occupancy. <br />4. The required 24-inch boxed trees along both Fourth and Sixth <br />Streets frontage shall be upgraded to 36-inch boxed trees. <br />5. The site shall be maintained free of litter and any other <br />undesirable materials, and will be cleaned of loose debris <br />on a daily basis. <br />6.
