SOLUTION NO. 00-31 <br />~EPTEMBER 18, 2000 <br />PAGE 1 OF 3 <br />Conditions for Approval <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 00-13 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply <br />below prior to exercising <br />permit. <br />The applicant must remain <br />throughout the life of the <br />each and every condition n <br />use permit. <br />in full with each and every condition listed <br />the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />conditional use permit. The grading plan for the site shall be approved by the <br />Public Works Agency and the case planner prior to approval <br />of the landscape plan. An approved copy of the grading plan <br />must be submitted with the landscape plan. <br />3. After project occupancy, landscaping is to be maintained to <br />include the minimum level of plant materials installed at <br />the time of occupancy. <br />4. The required 24-inch boxed trees along both Fourth and Sixth <br />Streets frontage shall be upgraded to 36-inch boxed trees. <br />5. The site shall be maintained free of litter and any other <br />undesirable materials, and will be cleaned of loose debris <br />on a daily basis. <br />6.
